Online courses are designed to be taken entirely over the internet.  Online courses require a computer, an internet connection, and a recent version of a popular web browser (MS Internet Explorer or Netscape) to access all course functions. These programs are packaged on most new computers.   The final exam, like the rest of the course, is also given over the internet.

Application information  You will need to be admitted to ETSU to take classes.  Admission to the MPA program requires a GRE score and takes several weeks for the application process to be completed.  One can take classes when admitted as a non-degree student.  One can take up to three classes as a non-degree student before one must be admitted to the MPA program.  The admission process as a non-degree student is very fast, and takes only a couple days to process.  You can apply online!
